A space for sustainable innovative solutions
The SUA Creative Centre in Nitra is the first university creative centre of its kind in Slovakia. It is located in the building of the Slovak Agricultural Library at Štúrova 51 in Nitra.
It connects education, creative practice, modern technologies, and collaboration in one place. Studios, workshops, virtual reality labs, film and 3D studios, and multifunctional spaces for events and meetings are available.

From Project to Functioning Centre
Start of Implementation
The SUA Creative Centre project began implementation in December 2020.
Space Reconstruction
Construction work in the unfinished part of the building began in June 2022.
Completion of Construction Work
The reconstruction and establishment of technological facilities were completed in August 2023.
Centre Opening
The SUA Creative Centre was officially opened on May 15, 2024.
A Project That Created the Facilities
The SUA Creative Centre was built with support from the Integrated Regional Operational Program and the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic. The project with code ITMS2014+ 302031ADP4 received a non-repayable financial contribution of 5.8 million euros.
The reconstruction revitalized a part of the building from 1939, which previously served textile production for Pleta and later Luna. Today, it is once again a place for work, creation, and meeting people.
